Palmetto Flooring was a great company to work with. I originally got an estimate from Home Depot but they said it would 10 days or more before install. I called Palmetto based on some internet research and Laura was quick to respond. From the time I called at the end of the week we had carpet installed and ready to show the home the following Thursday/Friday. They took the estimate from Home Depot and beat the price and timeline. She was a very friendly customer service oriented employee. Never met the install crew but they did a great job and did not leave a mess after the job was complete. I would definitely recommend Palmetto Flooring to anyone looking for new carpet in their home!

I was looking for someone to install wood laminate flooring in my house. I had already purchased the flooring and needed someone to install it. I spoke with Palmetto Flooring on a Friday afternoon and my floors were installed by Noon the following Wednesday. If you are looking for installers who show up on time, get straight to work, do an amazing job, and leave you with expertly installed beautiful flooring then you need to call Palmetto Flooring. They didn't charge me for every little thing. They gave me a quote before the job and when they were done the price I paid was exactly the quote price despite some things they had to do that were totally my fault that weren't on the quote. They did not charge me for MY mistakes. I had several quotes from other companies to do the installation including non flooring companies and they all wanted WAY more money for the exact same job not including the mistakes I made that couldn't be seen prior to the actual installation. I highly recommend Palmetto Flooring for all of your flooring needs. They are not only great at what they do, they are really nice people and stress free to work with.

I would highly recommend Palmetto flooring! They were prompt with a quote, highly reliable and great customer service. Tim, the owner, explained what was wrong with my carpet and developed a plan to fix it. The quote was reasonable and he left the job cleaner than when he found it. I was very impressed and would recommend this local family owned business. The job was completed within the time frame he specified. Very satisfied and will use them again.
